Campus Development is more about the University of Leeds’ plans to transform the campus. An ambitious programme of capital investment projects is under way. Campus Developments are committed to investing in facilities in order to support the strategic aim of being in the UK’s top ten research universities.

The University of Leeds Digital team asked us to produce a website that they could update themselves and further develop to showcase the new campus Developments programme – a £520 million investment and campus redevelopment programme taking place over the next 5 years.

The site was to be a tool to showcase new buildings and also an information portal for news and development updates.

We were asked to keep the design along the lines of the Sport site that we did for them last year, to use the specific branding they had developed and to create portfolio areas that would be easy for the site visitors to navigate and easy for staff to keep updated.

We continue to use WordPress as the platform giving them the tools with which to make regular updates. The design works equally well across all platforms – desktop, tablet and mobile, and loads much more quickly. We continue to work along side the University digital team to further develop and support the website as the content and functionality grows.
